We’d like to extend a sincere thank you to Debra Lewis for taking the time to speak with our CEO group. Her insights and firsthand experience as a state-certified general real estate appraiser were incredibly valuable and gave us a deeper understanding of the industry.

Debbie stressed the importance of having good eye contact, presenting yourself well, and being respectful and honest to everyone. When you meet people, enjoy the experience. She said that every little thing matters.

Debbie shared a quote by W. Clement Stone - “Big doors swing on little hinges…” - which means that being consistent and doing the small things right will create long-lasting results. Small actions can make a big impact. (Side note: After her retirement, Debbie starting serving as a greeter each morning at Beardstown Jr/Sr High School. Her “small action” of a smile, a hug, or a handshake, makes a “big impact” on the lives of students each day!)

We truly appreciate her willingness to share her knowledge and expertise with us. Thank you again, Debra, for an engaging and informative presentation.
