With 11 years of teaching experience and over 25 years in various educational settings, I am confident in my ability to effectively support and guide students. I prioritize building strong relationships to ensure that my students feel valued, empowered, and supported in their educational journey. In addition to my educational background, I own and operate a thriving cottage food business, Confections³. This venture has given me firsthand experience with the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship, allowing me to serve as a real-world example for students. My familiarity with the CEO Program extends beyond my professional experience. Both of my children participated in the Morgan-Scott CEO Program— which provides me with valuable insights into the program's expectations and the parental perspective, which I believe will enhance my effectiveness as a facilitator. I am passionate about sharing these insights to inspire and guide aspiring young entrepreneurs.
