We are extremely happy to say that the cookbook was submitted and is in the printing process. We sincerely apologize for the long wait and truly appreciate your patience. We regret any inconvenience this delay may have caused. We do think that the product will be worth the wait!
Facilitator Note: This was a true learning experience for us all! The proofreading process took much longer than anticipated. The submission and proof process with the printing company was also more than expected. Lessons learned throughout this will help the students (and me) in the future.
