Today we had the pleasure of enjoying a brisk morning at Market Six Pumpkin Patch. Owner Genny Six greeted us and had warm cinnamon rolls and hot chocolate ready for us to enjoy.
We then headed to the barn where Genny shared her amazing experiences and journey to where she is today. She spoke about the importance of body language, reflective listening, and knowing your why. She also stressed the value of starting small and staying teachable, finding what works and what doesn’t, and showing an attitude of gratitude. Genny also spoke about the significance of building relationships and not just revenue.
Genny gifted each of the students with a mum…but with some stipulations. They couldn’t keep it for themselves. They had to give it to someone as a gesture of gratitude. (I can’t wait to hear who they chose!)
