Each week students submit journal entries to their facilitator. These journal entries aren’t just a recap of the week. They allow students to reflect on what went well and what was challenging. These students are gaining insight into each other and the world around them. Following is an excerpt from this week.

“This week in CEO class, we had some great discussions about important issues in our community. It really opened my eyes to other people’s points of view and the struggles they face that I hadn’t thought about before. I also think the ideas for trips being brought up in class are really exciting, and I hope we get the chance to put them into action. It feels like we’re not only learning but also building something meaningful together.”
